At IndiaFinance4U.com, we are committed to delivering reliable, transparent, and professional financial consultancy services. Customer satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to provide the highest level of support and service quality.

If you are dissatisfied with any service provided by us, please contact our support team immediately. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve your concerns and provide a mutually acceptable solution.


1. CRM Subscription Refund

Before Login Activation

Once payment is successfully received, CRM login credentials are shared through the registered email. If the customer has not logged into the CRM panel, a refund request may be submitted within 2 days (48 hours) of payment.

After Login Activation

Once the customer has logged into the CRM panel and started using the services, the subscription is considered activated and no refund shall be applicable. Case-by-case reviews remain at management discretion.


2. Service Fee Refund

Before processing any refund request, IndiaFinance4U reserves the right to make reasonable efforts to complete the requested service.

Mandatory Deductions Schedule
  • 20% Standard Cancellation Charges on the overall service booking.
  • Pro-rata charges for the specific execution/work already completed.
  • Government fees, statutory fees, or third-party fees already paid.
  • Administrative or processing expenses incurred by the team.
Important: All approved refunds shall be subject to a minimum deduction of 20% of the total service fee. Under no circumstances shall IndiaFinance4U be liable to refund more than 80% of the total amount paid by the customer.

3. Discounted & Promotional Services

No refund shall be applicable for services purchased under promotional offers, discounted service packages, special campaign pricing, limited-period offers, or customized service bundles. All such purchases shall be considered final.


4. Government Fees & Statutory Charges

Government fees, filing fees, registration charges, taxes, stamp duties, or any statutory payments made to government authorities are strictly non-refundable. IndiaFinance4U acts only as a service facilitator and consultant and holds no authority over government department charges.


5. Penalties, Interest & Tax Liabilities

The responsibility for providing accurate data remains entirely with the customer. IndiaFinance4U shall not be held responsible for:

  • Government penalties or interest charges.
  • Tax liabilities or additional compliance costs.
  • Rejections due to incorrect or delayed information provided by the customer.

6. Factors Beyond Our Control

IndiaFinance4U cannot guarantee specific outcomes for any application, registration, approval, or financial service request. Delays or rejections may occur due to external factors including:

  • Income Tax Department
  • MCA (Ministry of Corporate Affairs)
  • GST Portal
  • FSSAI
  • Banking Institutions
  • NBFCs & Financial Partners

Such circumstances are explicitly beyond our control and shall not constitute grounds for a refund.


7. Loan & Financial Product Applications

Approval of loans, credit cards, insurance products, or any financial instrument is solely at the discretion of the respective bank, NBFC, or financial institution. IndiaFinance4U does not guarantee approval, sanction amount, interest rates, or processing timelines.

Rejection of an application shall not qualify for a refund.


8. Force Majeure

IndiaFinance4U shall not be held liable for any delay, interruption, or failure in service caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, epidemics, government restrictions, internet outages, cyber incidents, or war.


Refund Request Process

Customers seeking a refund must submit a written request via email. The refund application should include:

  1. Full Customer Name & Registered Mobile Number
  2. Service Details & Transaction Reference Number
  3. Clear Reason for the Refund Request

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–15 business days through the original payment method, subject to banking and payment gateway processing timelines.
